Back to being good. For real this time! I know everyone feels the same way, so I don't feel bad. We all make resolutions to eat right and exercise and are awesome for a while, then start to slack off. I am the queen of this, as evidenced by my previous posts! But I started back on the couch to 5k program today and am going to have a running buddy through the magic of technology in the form of my friend Katy. We're totally going to virtually kick each others asses and publicly mock each other on facebook if we don't run. Okay, maybe not but I think this will help. Also, I'm back to eating well during the week, and my husband and I have made a pact to only eat out once every 2 weeks. We'll see how long that lasts...
If you hate exercising and eating healthy but know you need to, commiserate with me! We can bitch about it together.

Grrr
Despite my best efforts, I've eaten like shit the last few weeks. Okay, so they were clearly not my best efforts. But here's the thing. When you live with someone who doesn't eat the same way as you, it's very hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle. John and I both eat pretty good during the week because we go our separate ways food wise, but when the weekend hits, we're tired, we haven't really seen each other all week, and we just wanna eat some fucking crap (another fbomb for edward).
However, I do seem to be maintaining my weight somewhat because during the week I lose whatever I've gained on the weekend. And then I go to a conference where I blow it again with some delicious cookies and other crap. Oh well. It's a journey without end.
