Back to it - update

Ah, so my lentils came out delici-oso, I did Pilates this morning and walked at lunch. I'm still pretty full from those beans, and so I might just eat an apple and maybe some cucumber for dinner. Today was a huge WIN for me getting back on track!

I did consider going to the vending machine for some chocolate, but, luckily for my body, I didn't have any cash. And the craving passed. Yay me!
