Mark it, dude.

I am going to do pilates when I get home. I am going to do pilates when I get home. I am going to do pilates when I get home.

Lather, rinse, repeat. I WILL get that shit done! No more fucking around! (That was for you, Edward, who wants more f-bombs in my blog ;)

Had Zaxby's for lunch, but I'm going to have a banana for dinner, so that will hopefully balance things out. Also read an interesting article on NPR about eating meat:

Anyways, it's a new week, which means new beginning! Did well last week, FAIL for the weekend, so I can only hope to be somewhat good this week. Party this weekend, so it naturally won't count.

  1. I had broccoli and salsa for dinner, we were out of bananas. But I'm pretty sure that is more nutrient-dense than a banana. And fewer calories, too. Tonight I'm having spinach and salsa. I slather that shit on everything!

  2. I totally heard this same NPR story and immediately told Ju we must cut down red meat to 2-3 days a week. It sounds crazy to think we were eating more red meat than that! But it happens so easily and you don't even know it.

    I don't know that I will be going as far as broccoli and salsa though...
