Week 5, day 2 of couch to 5k today. This was actually the first day I couldn't complete the last run, although I did run during the cool-down to make up for it. That's pretty good for 5 weeks in! Last time I did this program, I pretty much felt like I was going to die during every run. Not so this time, perhaps running is growing on me? Also taking into account the massive hangover I had today, it's quite amazing I went out to run at all!
I am going to kick this program's ass and get skinny. Probably in that order.
If you hate exercising and eating healthy but know you need to, commiserate with me! We can bitch about it together.
