Who knew that sugar-free Reese's cups still had 180 calories per serving?!?! I may as well have gone full tilt on those. Oh well. I did only have one serving. What's nice is that I know I can still go home and load up on veggies for dinner and have an orange for dessert (got a sore throat coming on at any rate) and I haven't completely screwed up my day. Perhaps I'll do some Pilates for good measure.
I haven't weighed myself yet this week but I feel confident I've lost a pound or two. If I had a digital scale, I'd know for sure, but since I don't, we'll settle for "it looks like it's gone down!"
